As the year ends, Niural will work with your company to ensure that you're set for a smooth tax season (between November and January). You can visit your Tax Setup section to find out if there are pending tasks you need to complete.
- Review your tax information
We'll ask you some questions to help us prepare and file your tax documents. These questions cover reporting payrolls run outside of Niural, special compensations, fringe benefits, and other relevant topics.

- Fill out any missing details
If you find something missing when reviewing your company's tax information, reach out to us at support@niural.com with details of what is missing. Niural will send you a follow-up email with instructions on the next steps. Simply use the guidance provided in those emails to update your Niural account accordingly.
- Niural will file your annual taxes
From the information provided in your employer account, we will pay and file taxes early in the new year.
- Distribute tax forms to your team members (January)
Once we've filed your company taxes, we'll create W-2s and 1099s for every employee and contractor paid through Niural in the last calendar year. Initially, we'll generate draft W-2s for your review, allowing you to report any necessary corrections. Once the final W-2s are ready, you can distribute them to your team. They can easily access their tax forms directly from their accounts.
