What is a PEO Employee?
A PEO Employee is legally employed by both direct employer and Niural. Employees are paid and managed through the Niural platform and must go through a specific onboarding process.
Create Your Account on Niural
- Look for an invitation email from Niural. This email will contain the activation link in order to create your account on Niural.
- Upon logging into your account, you will see a Compliance Checklist on your homepage. Complete these tasks and upload the required documents as soon as possible.
- Provide your personal information for verification.
- Provide information for your W-4 and electronically sign the document.
- Input your bank details and direct deposit information to ensure automatic salary payments. To change your bank details or select a different payment method (e.g., paper check), go to Accounts and click Edit.
- Your homepage will display a checklist of required documents and payroll information. Sign these documents as soon as possible to avoid delays.
Completing Form I-9
- Employment Eligibility: The I-9 form verifies your eligibility to work in the U.S. Complete Section 1 on the Niural platform. For Section 2, your employer must assign a representative to review your documents.
- Representative’s Role: The assigned representative must complete Section 2 within three days of your start date. If this section is not completed in time, you may be excluded from the current payroll cycle and placed on unpaid leave.
Receiving Your Salary
Your salary will be deposited directly into your bank account every pay cycle. Note that the actual payday is determined by your employer.
