Security Deposits for EOR & Niural Armor Contracts
Last updated: February 17, 2026
Security deposits apply to EOR (Employer of Record) and Niural Armor (Agent of Record) engagements.
When hiring employees or contractors under Niural’s entity, Niural assumes liability in cases of employer non-payment. To mitigate this risk, a one-month security deposit is required.
Key Details
The security deposit must be paid in full to activate the contract.
The deposit is refunded 60 days after the contract ends, provided:
All invoices have been paid, and
No disputes or outstanding balances remain.
Refunds are processed during the first week of the month following the completion of the 60-day period.
