Niural, as an Employer of Record, must ensure your job description follows all local regulations, including remote work rules and restrictions on certain job categories and industries.
Niural reviews your job description for compliance. Non-compliant descriptions may be rejected, leading to delays or cancellation of onboarding.
Best Practices for Compliant Job Descriptions:
Focus on required duties and skills: Highlight specific job duties and necessary skills only. Avoid mentioning company perks, working hours, or investor information.
Avoid copying job advertisements: Stick to measurable duties and skills. Extraneous details typically found in ads will lead to rejection.
Omit salary, benefits, and perks details: These can be added later during the quote process through Niural.
Exclude company information: Niural, as the Employer of Record, cannot include your company or investor details in the job description.
No on-site work references: Avoid job titles or duties mentioning on-site work, such as client meetings or conferences. Contact us for assistance if on-site duties are necessary.
Protect candidate privacy: Avoid including personal identifiable information about candidates.
Align job titles and duties: Ensure performance expectations match the employment agreement.
Avoid prohibited job categories, titles, or industries: Refer to the provided schedule for a list of prohibited categories, titles, and industries.
Prohibited Job Titles
The following job titles are not permitted with Niural's EOR service:
On-site workers
Interns
Recruiters and Talent Acquisition roles
Attorneys or Lawyers
Doctors and other medical professionals that offer diagnoses or prescribe treatment
Blue-collar workers and other on-site trade professions
Founders, C-Suite, President, Board Member and other officers of the Corporation. An exception to this is Chief of Staff
Additional country-specific prohibitions
Prohibited Industries
The following industries are not eligible for Niural’s EOR service:
Firearms, ammunition, and parts or accessories
Firearms activities that violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation
Weapons or knives regulated under applicable law
Cannabis, Narcotics, Steroids, and certain controlled substances and other products that pose a risk to consumer safety
Transactions involving drug paraphernaliaÂ
Cigarettes and tobacco
Stolen goods including digital and virtual goods
Items and products considered obscene
Items that encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to engage in illegal activity
The promotion of hate, violence, racial, or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory
Financial exploitation or proceeds of crime
Country-Specific Prohibitions
Please be aware that the following job titles and occupations are prohibited in these countries, as they typically indicate C-Suite positions:
Serbia: Director and General Manager
Bosnia Herzegovina: General Director
North Macedonia: Director, President, General Manager
Montenegro: Director, President, General Manager, Head of
Croatia: General Director
Slovenia: Director or General Manager
Israel: General Manager
