Why Am I Getting an API Error When Uploading a Crypto Transaction Hash?
Last updated: March 18, 2026
While uploading a transaction hash on the Niural platform, you may encounter an API error. This typically happens due to a mismatch between the currency used to initiate the payment and the currency associated with the transaction hash.
For example, if the payment was initiated using USDC but the uploaded hash corresponds to a USDT transaction, the system will return an error.
To resolve this issue, ensure that the payment currency and the transaction hash currency match. If they do not, you will need to revert the current transaction, re-initiate the payment using the correct currency (e.g., USDT), and then upload the corresponding hash again.
