Understanding the relationship between Niural and your PEO Employee

Last updated: March 15, 2026

What is Niural's PEO Service?

Niural offers both regular payroll and comprehensive PEO services. Niural’s PEO service is designed to reduce the administrative burden of employment for your company. Through this arrangement, Niural and your organization co-employ your staff, streamlining various HR and payroll functions.

Understanding Co-Employment

Co-employment is a legal arrangement where you remain the employer of your employees, but Niural becomes a co-employer. This allows us to manage certain administrative functions on your behalf.

Our service agreement outlines the responsibilities shared between your company and Niural. By co-employing your employees, Niural can handle administrative tasks and consolidate tax and insurance functions. We take on key employer responsibilities, including securing workers' compensation, administering payroll, and managing federal, state, and local payroll taxes. This enables you to focus on growing your business.

Additionally, co-employment allows us to offer seamless access to high-quality medical, dental, and vision insurance at competitive rates.
