PEOs and Taxes
Last updated: January 1, 2026
As your PEO, Niural manages all employment tax filings for wages/taxes paid to your employees. As a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), Niural files all taxes like Form 941, 940 and state/local tax returns under our Employer Identification Number (EIN) for your employees’ wages/taxes. . Consequently, we are unable to provide individual copies of these forms for each company.
If you have employees in client-reporting states, you will be mandated to file SUI tax using an unemployment account linked directly to your company's Employer Identification Number (EIN).
If you have already have your own account in a client-reporting state, we will request third-party access (TPA) to the account to collect information such as the account number and current rate to file the tax on your behalf.
If you do not have your own account but have employees working in a client reporting state, we will register an account in the applicable state on your behalf.
If you have any questions about payroll tax filings or need assistance with specific tax-related issues, our support team is here to help.
