For any employee terminations, please ensure that you email “support@niural.com” to notify Niural. Niural will then provide you with information regarding any state-specific laws (for US employees) related to final paycheck requirements, PTO payouts, and other relevant regulations. Since these laws vary by state, it is crucial to follow the necessary steps to ensure compliance.
Within Niural, navigate to People > Select the employee you wish to update > Select “Jobs & Pay” > Under “Actions” select “Start member Dismissal > Fill in the required fields, then select “Next” > “Dismiss Employee”.
