Creating an employee contract with Niural is a streamlined process that ensures compliance and ease.
From the Hire Tab, choose Employee
Enter employee details
Fill out all required fields, including:
- Personal information
- Employment location
- Job Title
- Job Scope description adhering to compliance guidelines
You can also use our job scope templates or create your own scope.
On the next page, you will be asked to provide information on visa requirements and work eligibility documents.
Add Compensation Details
Enter various contract details, including:
- Gross Annual Base Salary
- Payment currency (where applicable)
- Signing bonus, variable annual compensation, allowances
- Desired start date, working hours, vacation days, and probation period
Ensure compliance with local regulations for the probation period.
Adding Contract Extras
Use this section to include additional offerings such as healthcare plans, retirement plans, stock option offers, and background checks for US and Canada clients.
Review and Finalize Documents
You would then proceed to review and sign the Scope of work and upload additional documents(optional) and finalize the hiring
Once you review and sign the contract, you will be prompted to make a payment for the security deposit. After the security deposit is received, our internal team will assess your proposed contract and employment terms for employee agreement and provide a response within a maximum of five business days.
