Who do you work for?
Niural functions as the bridge between you (the employee) and the company where you render your services. Operating through separate agreements, Niural engages with both parties.
While you execute your professional responsibilities at the company, your official employment and remuneration occur through Niural, employing the "Employer of Record" model. This setup allows companies to engage legally with employees in other countries without establishing a physical presence there.
How does Niural manage Intellectual Property (IP)?
Although your Employee Agreement (EA) asserts that all Intellectual Property (IP) belongs to Niural, we maintain a separate agreement with your employing company via the Master Service Agreement (MSA). This arrangement ensures appropriate recognition for any work carried out during your tenure at Niural.
Why is there no mention of Equity or Stocks in your contract?
As your employment contract is with Niural, any offers regarding equity or stock options from your employing company will necessitate a distinct agreement between you and them.
