When you provide wrong details while creating your account and connecting your withdrawal method, there will be delays in payments.
The delays could be because of the following:
- Incorrect bank information
- Incorrect beneficiary bank information
- Incorrect personal details
- Bank rejection
- Closed customer bank account that cannot accept transfers
Niural will need to further investigate with the bank or the payout processor and will not be able to make new payments on already paid invoices until the situation is resolved. Please note this will also incur a $25 investigation fee from the banks or the payout processor.
If the account information matches your Niural account and money was already settled on the account you connected (even if it was not your preferred account), you will have to return the payment. Niural will send payment to the preferred withdrawal method once it receives the funds back into Niural's balance.
