Reimbursements 

You can set up reimbursements for employees and contractors in your Niural account. Remember that reimbursements and expense reimbursements aren't subject to taxes, and they're not reported as typical wages. You can set up a fringe benefit, such as a gym membership or using a company car for personal purposes for this. 

One-time reimbursement

For employees

• Select Run Payroll 

• Click +Reimbursement next to the employee.

• Enter the reimbursement amount.

• Complete payroll.

Reimbursements added will appear as a distinct entry on your employee's paystub.
