Understanding How Niural Calculates Deductions:

Niural automatically does deduction calculations for you. This is how your deductions are calculated:

1. Annualization of Amount

   - The entered deduction amount is first annualized to determine the total annual deduction an employee should have.

 2. Division by Pay Dates

   - The annualized amount is then divided by the number of pay dates your company has in a year, based on your normal pay schedule.

•  Weekly: 52 pay dates
• Bi-weekly: 26 pay dates
• Semi-monthly: 24 pay dates
• Monthly: 12 pay dates

3. Resulting Per-Paycheck Deduction

• The resulting value is the deduction amount per regular paycheck.
