How to verify your employer account
Compliance information is required for employees and contractors to ensure that the entities that they are dealing with are authentic and are not being used to conceal the identities of owners for illegitimate purposes.
In order to complete your compliance information as an employer, we will need the following
- 1.Company Information: Information such as EIN, entity type, registration date, nature of business and company address.
- 2.Account operator Information: Account operator name, date of birth, gender, Tax ID, and address
- 3.Beneficial Owners Information: If you have any owners that own more than 25% of the business, we will need to do their identity verification as well. This is required by law. The information you need are: Percentage ownership, name, date of birth, gender, Tax ID, and address of beneficial owners of the business.
