Initiating the contract creation process
Access the “Hire” tab under the Contracts menu item.

Selecting the type of contract
Opt for Niural as the Employer of Record (EOR) by selecting 'EOR Employee.'

Enter employee details
Fill out all required fields, including:
- Personal information
- Employment location
- Job Title
- Job Scope description adhering to compliance guidelines
You can also use our job scope templates or create your own scope.
Specify any visa requirements for the employee.

Add compensation details
Enter various contract details, including:
- Gross Annual Base Salary
- Payment currency (where applicable)
- Signing bonus, variable annual compensation, allowances
- Desired start date, working hours, vacation days, and probation period
Ensure compliance with local regulations for the probation period.

Adding Contract extras
Use this section to include additional offerings such as healthcare plans, retirement plans, stock option offers, and background checks for US and Canada clients.

Finalizing and reviewing documents
Review and sign the Scope of Work document generated based on the information provided.
