To start running payroll, invite employees to join Niural and set a pay schedule. Find details on adding a new pay schedule for your company's payroll here.
Run regular payroll
- Click on “Payroll” and select Run payroll.
- Select the type of payroll you want to run.
- Payroll with Tax compliance
Accurately calculates and withholds taxes and deductions from employees' wages. It ensures the company complies with tax regulations to submit required reports to the IRS.
- File taxes myself
If an external provider handles tax-related calculations, deductions, and reporting, this payroll will free your company from the complexities associated with managing tax compliance in-house.
- Click on “Run payroll” for the pay period.
- Make adjustments by clicking on the regular hours, reimbursements or additional earnings fields.
- Click on Next.
- If you have multiple bank accounts set up, select the account you would like to run payroll from.
If the pay rates appear differently as compared to the employee’s pay settings, it is probably configured as a weekly, monthly, or yearly rate rather than an hourly rate.
- Click Save and Continue.
- Next, adjust vacation and sick days.
- Review and Submit the payroll.
